Hello Ladies, just a short note to let you know how much we enjoyed our cruise on MSC Fantasia in May this year. 

The MSC Yacht Club exceeded our expectations from the moment we were "fast tracked" onboard! Our suite was beautiful, and our butler, San, could not have been more attentive to our needs!

We spent some time the The Topsail Lounge, both for breakfast and drinks in the afternoon and evening and the staff were wonderful, very friendly and great service. We like that they were not at all patronising and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work, which all contributed to making our cruise a memorable experience.

The French Restaurant (our preferred Dinner Venue) was great and once again the waiters were wonderful and friendly (and funny!) always made us feel welcome.

We look forward to our next cruise, perhaps on MSC Splendida with a little longer duration and some different ports to explore. We are grateful to MSC for helping us to make up our mind on this cruise when there are so many options out there!

We had an AWESOME holiday! I was so impressed with MSC. The ship is beautiful and all the services were excellent, 5 star. Food was exceptional and much much better than your rival who I sailed with 2 years ago! Entertainment was also of the highest standard. The balcony cabin is THE best way to cruise...We also had perfect weather and sailing conditions.

Hi, just a short note to thank you for all your excellent efforts in getting our booking completed. All went like clockwork.

The cruise was excellent and the cabins were great. The ship was outstanding and the cruise staff were the same (especially Salvatore our dining steward). The booked shore excursions were gerat and the self "guided" port excursions were excellent (the shuttle buses were done very well.)

We had a great time; we would recommend this MSC Cruise to anyone.

My husband and I and our friends went for a cruise on the MSC Poesia on 7th April for 11 nights. This was our first cruise and we were a little bit worried about it and checked reviews on the internet. Some were not so good. So we were very wary about the trip.
On behalf of us, we would like to express our thanks for a truly delightful trip. Everything about the ship: food, entertainment, staff, cabin and servicing, the organised trips, let alone the beautiful decor was an absolute delight and the memeories of our first cruise will always remain with us.
We cannot praise the MSC Poeisa and crew enough....

We had a fantastic time on the cruise. The boat was out of this world. The cabin was excellent, very spacious. Meals were unbelievable, what ever you desired was there. Met some fantastic Kiwi's which we hope to stay in touch with.

We loved Turkey and hope to get back there in the near future, Cheryl has decided she is going to live in Paris. Lorraine took thousands of photos which will keep the memory alive for some time to come.

My wife Bronwyn and myself have recently returned from a wonderful 7 night cruise of the Norwegian Fjords on the MSC Opera.

We would like to thank MSC for providing us with such an excellent holiday.

We were delighted with the friendly and efficient service provided by MSC in arranging our trip, which included the flights to and from Europe, with a stop-over in Singapore. Everything went  like clockwork!

We have been on several cruises with 3 different operators and we must say that we were very impressed with the standard of all aspects of our cruise on the MSC Opera. Our state room was excellent, as was the food which was always available in abundent supply and great variety.

The staff were friendly and efficient. Congratulations MSC! We look forward to our next cruise with you.

What a spotless, gleaming white ship MSC Armonia is, without a doubt the cleanest and best maintained ship we have ever been on. The food - excellent variety and well presented - not that we have been but midnight buffets every night, entertainment is very lively, loud and fun based, daytime mainly outdoors. A group of English speaking people get together every afternoon for happy hour, there are about 30 Australians on board - a lot from QLD. We get the Australian Newspaper in full delivered early every morning under our door for $3 so we keep up with what is happening at home. Just fabulous after 2 months of virtually no English spoken/written news.

We enjoyed three Brazilian ports - Rio, Salvador de Bahia, Recife - all very different - but it was great to sail into Rio harbour again last time was in 1976, and go up Corcovado (statue of "Christ Redentor") go up the top of sugar loaf mountain in a cable car and just marvel at the views over Rio & of course famous beaches we walked on Copacabana, no time for a swin. Salvador we did mainly the historical centre circuit, being Sunday most places were closed. In Recife we visted Olinda, the old captial, before returning to Recife, in the dark the tour was running late. Five wondefulr days at sea.

We have just arrived back in NZ after our cruise. We would like to thank you for arranging the booking and also to record what a brilliant time we had.

The trip was made memorable, not only for the places we visited, but also for some of the staff who looked after us so well. In fact we were looked after so well by three individuals that we felt that we should ask you to pass on to the appropriate people our appreciation of their exemplary efforts. These three staff members were outstanding in their attitude and professionalism. We were attended to meticulously and given the impression that nothing was too much trouble. We cannot praise them enough; they certainly made our trip and, based on the service they provided us and the cheerful way that they conducted their duties, we would have no hesitation in recommending MSC cruises to anyone.

We had a fantastic time. The Orchestra is great - the equivalent of staying at Crown for 7 days but with the benefit of also visiting some great locations.

I could not recommend the experience highly enough! Everything was perfect from the food right thorugh to the service, cabin, cleanliness etc etc.

If you get a client in future that wants a first hand recommendation from someone that has done it, don't hesitate to give them my details.

Hope you get the chance to get on board the ship one day for a cruise yourself.

I refer to my trip on Fantaisa 'mediterranean cruise' from Genoa week commencing 12th April and have to say we had the best time. It was magnificent and we will be going again next year. The MSC staff were fantastic and so helpful, such a contrast to similar cruises...

It was a truly magnificent trip and I could not fault MSC in anyway. I knew there would be a huge number of people on board but MSC handled it all without any problems and I can highly commend everything.

Bit late in letting you know about our cruise in June. It was just fabulous.

The land package conducted was brilliant. The tour director was very knowledgable, friendly with a good sense of humour.

As always the ship was scrupulously clean. The crew were warm and friendly. The food excellent and the shore excursions wonderful. We must be your best agents for MSC - we tell everyone what a great company MSC is. When we arrived back in Venice 2,000 people got off and 2,000 got on - and you would not know it was happening. Airlines and airports could learn a lot from MSC!!!
